CAIRP Encourages Members to Participate in HRSDC WEPP Evaluation Survey

Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) is undertaking an evaluation of the Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP).

The objective of the evaluation is to examine the relevance, performance, design and delivery of the WEPP. HRSDC has contracted an independent consulting firm, Goss Gilroy Inc. (GGI), to conduct the evaluation on the Department’s behalf.

As part of this evaluation, GGI would like to survey roughly 400 CAIRP members from across the country in the next couple of weeks to get their perspective on the workings of the WEPP.

CAIRP has been asked to co-operate with the survey. The Executive Committee reviewed a request to share our membership list on a strictly confidential basis for the purpose of this evaluation and we agreed that our members should be involved.

If you are contacted by GGI to participate in the survey, we strongly encourage you to respond and to use this excellent opportunity to provide feedback on the WEPP.
